Prevention & Community Programs
CCCHC Community Programs Department focuses on prevention and treatment for specialty populations through outreach activities and mobile medical services. This outreach into our community include special events at community health fairs, health expos, and screenings. Our community programs provides access to the most vulnerable and underserved populations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Affordable, high quality care is delivered in neighborhoods and community agencies to those living below federal poverty.
