Patient Bill-Pay

Thank you for sending Patient contact information to reference your payment.  You may now fill out the PayPal form to complete payments to:

Central City Community Health Center, Inc.

You do not need an existing PayPal account to use this service.  At the bottom of the next page you may choose pay with credit card using any form of payment or return to centralcityhealth.org

Once you click submit on both forms, billing will be notified of your payment being processed.
